Fortunately, there are some better alternatives when it comes to getting free stuff online and free samples by mail no surveys no catch. You do not have to fill out 100 surveys that require you to provide all of your personal information. Often times, this extremely sensitive information end up in the hands of web masters, whose sole purpose is to distribute your info to malicious companies. Now, not all survey sites are scams set up by criminals out to steal your identity. Some of these sites may get you a buck or two after completing a series of surveys from various companies, and may even offer you some cute little trinkets. However, even these offers can prove to be difficult to find, and who has the time to filter through all of the garbage?

GoFreebies actually lists legit freebies, but the stuff they offer you at first is like on a lot of similar sites where you have to complete gold, silver, and platinum offers to receive it. I just skipped it, because I’ve learned not to create an account. My favorites are FreebieShark.com, Sampleaday.com, Getitfree.us, vonbeau.com, and munchkinsandwich.com. If you’re willing to provide feedback in exchange for full-size products, I use BzzAgent, Crowdtap, Influenster, and Swaggable. I get the most from Crowdtap, but you have to go on there pretty regularly to get chosen.
The website owner has long since disappeared and left the website to sit in ruin, only keeping it barely functioning enough to collect member's hard earned money and even that is hit and miss. His girlfriend rarely makes an appearance as well, and is who the moderators send you to when there is a problem with your account not being credited, but due to her own lack of attentiveness it can take days to receive any form of response, if at all.
Among the most popularly known sweepstakes in the United States were the American Family Publishers Sweepstakes (now defunct), Publishers Clearing House and Reader's Digest Sweepstakes, each of which strongly persuaded entrants to purchase magazine subscriptions by placing stickers on contest entry cardstock while promising multimillion-dollar (annuity) winners who will be "announced on TV." The American Family Publishers sweepstakes used paid advertisements during NBC's The Tonight Show to announce its grand prize winners (for many years, its celebrity spokesman was Ed McMahon). All three companies eventually paid fines and penalties to a variety of states who initiated legal actions against them. Of those three companies only Publishers Clearing House continues to use sweepstakes as a promotional device, and as recently as 2010 paid $3.5 million to settle charges that it had violated the terms of a 2001 multi-state agreement for which it was fined $34 million.
Because of their potential for abuse, sweepstakes are heavily regulated in many countries. The U.S., Canada, and individual U.S. states all have laws covering sweepstakes, so that there are special rules depending on where the entrant lives. The U.S. Federal Trade Commission exercises some authority over sweepstakes promotion and sweepstakes scams in the United States. Notably, sweepstakes in Canada, Australia and several European countries require entrants to solve an (elementary school level) mathematical puzzle or answer a (fairly simple) knowledge question or solve a (trivial) fill-in-the-blanks guessing competition, making it (in theory at least) a contest of skill, in order to overcome requirements that would classify sweepstakes as a form of gambling under their country's legal definition. There are similar laws in Brazil, usually requiring an answer to an easy "giveaway" question.
Of course, that doesn't mean they don't also have strategies for downplaying how much they sweep. Never having an e-mail address that includes the word "sweeps" is tip number one (that rules out my plan of registering "heather.schweeps," a play on my last name). Cunningham advises, "Whenever you enter from Facebook, you really want to make your page look like a consumer's. I keep a clean profile because sometimes sponsors will investigate and search people's profiles."
Stephanie Beaver began sweeping after the birth of her daughter, who required neo-natal intensive care that resulted in a $30,000 medical bill. Breanna Pollard, a college student in Texas, sweeps to offset the cost of tuition and textbooks. But sweeping isn't quite as reliable as a paycheck. "You can't choose what you win," says Lesley Gagnon, a 45-year-old in Iowa, noting that gift cards and prize packages won't pay your rent.
As an example of a state policy on sweepstakes promotions, Tennessee residents are prohibited by a policy of the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission (and not a state law) from entering sweepstakes online sponsored by manufacturers of wines and liquors; however, Tennessee residents may enter many of these same sweepstakes promotions by entries delivered by the U.S. Postal Service. Another example is that Tennessee state law prohibits sweepstakes agencies and sponsors from requiring sweepstakes prize winners to submit to "in perpetuity" publicity releases.

The more Sweeps you enter the greater your chances of winning. Sweeps are an odds game. Some Sweeps let you enter once a day, some once a week, some only once during the entire promotion period. If you have a sweeps that allows daily entries, enter every day to increase your chances of winning. (This is a "trick" of most Publishers Clearing House Winners).
For sweepers, the time and energy investment can be staggering. "There's certainly no black-and-white textbook for sweeping," says Arena Thompson, a 33-year-old in Oregon who has been entering sweepstakes since 2010. "A lot of it is you have to develop your own radar for scams and proper etiquette. I think there's a strong learning curve for learning the ins and outs."
8. General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but, not limited to, fraud, virus or other technical problem, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) cancel the Sweepstakes and award the prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
The best way to avoid this pitfall is by choosing a prize that will primarily appeal to users who may be interested in your brand. If you offer a generic prize such as an Amazon gift card you will likely be inundated with entries from disinterested users, but if you offer up your own product or a highly another highly targeted prize you are far more likely to limit entry to those with a real interest in your brand.
Expect junk snail and email. The Sponsor is using the Sweepstakes to increase their visibility and prospective Customer Base. Their goal is to create a mailing list, increase their FB page 'likes' or develop qualified leads to sell their products. The Sweeps Prize is an incentive for you to Sign Up for their newsletters or get on their mailing lists. Most Sweepstakes give you the option to Opt Out of future communications before you hit the Submit button so take advantage of that when possible. However, some sweeps mandate that you are a "current subscriber" to their website, blog, FB page, etc. in order to be eligible to win the prize.
Melissa Cunningham spends 32 hours a week sweeping, often staying up until 3am and rising at 5am, taking a mid-day nap between self-imposed shifts. She's accumulated more than 200 wins for the year so far. "If you want to take a break for a few days, that's fine," says the Pennsylvania sweeper. "But if you're gonna take a break for two weeks, then you can really expect your wins to go downhill."
This same contest is what exhausted Thompson enough to make her take a month-long sweeping break. She is sitting out October, but plans to start back up November 1st. "I usually back off for a few months and then hit it hard again," says Thompson, who has won almost $10,000 in prizes this year. "The burnout rate is high when you enter for four or five hours a day."

AMEM for about five years I have answered so many questions and a lot would be repeated over and over. Those questions were like that just to get information so they could try to sell us something. I would answer so many till I would give up and just stop. The ones like this should be made to delete their website. The reason I say that is because you waste your time
