As an example of a state policy on sweepstakes promotions, Tennessee residents are prohibited by a policy of the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission (and not a state law) from entering sweepstakes online sponsored by manufacturers of wines and liquors; however, Tennessee residents may enter many of these same sweepstakes promotions by entries delivered by the U.S. Postal Service. Another example is that Tennessee state law prohibits sweepstakes agencies and sponsors from requiring sweepstakes prize winners to submit to "in perpetuity" publicity releases.
Let's face it: you're already bingeing anyway, so why not get rewarded for it? Viggle listens for your music and TV shows and recognizes what it hears, giving you points for each song and show it can identify. You can convert those points into gift cards, cash or prizes, but be warned: it takes a while to accumulate enough points to cash out. Rihanna's "Desperado" only merits two points, but it takes 20,000 to get a $20 Amazon gift card.
Summer is almost over! And that means that autumn is right around the corner. Not to be biased or anything, but fall is the best season of the year. With it comes pleasant weather, apple cider, SWEATERS, football and – for one lucky winner – a whole lot of money! With the Fall into Cash Sweepstakes, you have the opportunity to win $5,000 (think of all the school supplies you could buy). From August 23 – October 23, you can enter each day to win some of that cash money. And yes, you absolutely can take that big check, cash it and literally fall backward into it like a pile of crisp autumn leaves. We won’t judge.
The moderators themselves are worthless. They are of no assistance when a problem arises, they can never answer any serious questions, they do such a poor job of editing and verifying sweeps that a good portion of members miss out on a large percentage of them. If you question a moderators response, you are warned, accused of being overly aggressive and threatened with banning.

For those of you who are new to this site, let me tell you a bit about myself: I love to enter online sweepstakes and I love to win, even if it's something small like a movie ticket or a football. I spend hours each day finding and entering contests on the web and I've won lots of prizes. I have won trips, Xbox 360s (2 of them), electronics, books, games and much more. Every once in a while something turns up in my email box telling me I've won another contest and sometimes I'm surprised when I pick up my regular mail and find a prize parcel that has arrived unannounced. It's a lot of fun.
